Scope of Production:

Voltage level of 66kV and below, capacity of 31,500 kVA and below, series of energy-efficient oilimmersed transformers.

Product Features:

• Low noise, low loss: Made with high-quality cold-rolled oriented slicon steel sheets using automated cuting and the latest, stacking technology, improving the distribution of magnetic fux density within the core, reducing core vibration energy,effectively lowering noise and loss.

• ·Strong short-circuit resistance: Coils are wound with high-strength enameled wire (or paper-insulated wire)in a disc structure with uniform ampere-turn distribution and reasonable insulation design, providing strong short-circuit resistance.

• Low partial discharge, long lifespan: All production processes are conducted in a dust-free environment. Allinternal metal andinsulation components have rounded edges, employing vacuum drying and vacuum oil flling to achieve low partial discharge.

• Zero leakage, high reliability: Allsealing components use acrylate materials and one-time molding technology with no joints.Fluorescent, positive pressure, and negative pressure leak tests are carried out.

• Inteligent configuration and services: Can be equipped with telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, remote adjustment,signal thermometers, pressure relief valves, on-load switches, as well as related intelligent software and hardware to supportand guarantee smart construction and smart operation and maintenance.
